The Haven
Enter through Tranquilla’s acres of gardens, past a tranquil creek that flows year round, this is an experience for all your senses. Indonesian inspired, this holiday home accommodation compliments the Tropical North Queensland lifestyle with wide verandahs surrounding the panoramic views of the striking gardens. In front of the home is a freshwater 25 metre swimming area with your own secluded beach, complete with sun lounges. It’s fresh and secure to swim all year round and its foundation is the spectacular Whyanbeel waterfall.
Large open timber verandahs encompass Tranquilla. Bedrooms open to the verandahs allowing the cool breeze to glide in. Tranquilla comfortably accommodates 8 guests and is ideal for honeymooners, family reunions, private hideaways or simply enjoying friends in an glamorous location. Rainforest holiday house is designed to co-exist with the energy of the Botanical Gardens. The water gardens not only pacify the soul, they attract amazing bird life.
