Cairns Airport Meet and Greet
No matter what time you arrive, our Tropical Havens host will personally meet you at the international or domestic airports on your arrival in Cairns. They will ensure you have directions on where to go, maps and any information to assist you.
Hire Vehicle Arrangements
We work with a national hire company and will have the vehicle of your choice waiting for you on arrival with the paperwork ready to go!
Cuisine & Catering
We can organise a chef to visit your luxury holiday home as frequently as you require. Most of our properties are fully equipped and stocked with pantry essentials but we can organise extra shopping to be done for your arrival too. We have chefs we contract for each region of our area and we can arrange to have any cuisine style or taste catered for.
Tours and Sightseeing
We work with all the local and interstate tour operators who offer day tours and reef tours to the area. Discuss your wants and needs with us before you arrive and we can tailor an itinerary to your requirements — family holiday, couples leisure, whatever you wish!
Personalised Transfer Service
A personalised transfer in a luxury vehicle from the Cairns International or Domestic Airport to your luxury Haven and return can be arranged. We also work with a Port Douglas and Cairns based Helicopter Company. We can arrange your own private helicopter transfer to your Luxury Haven and return flight back to Cairns.

Tropical Havens is a registered Australian Company owned and operated by Rosalind Harries located in Cairns, Tropical North Queensland, Australia.
Rosalind Harries established Tropical Havens in 2007 due to demand from her international and domestic business partners. Rosalind is also the Managing Director of Ros Harries Marketing “RHM” a boutique representation company specialising in international and domestic markets. Rosalind has many years of experience within the Tourism Industry, in roles such as Director of Sales & Marketing for Daikyo, Radisson Hotels and Accor Hotels.
